Construction: We have been manufacturing electronic scoreboard systems since 1982. There are 1000’s of our score boards in service around Australia, and New Zealand.
Our designs ae state-of-the-art, combined with a rugged impact resistant construction a steel tube inner frame and powder coated external steel frame for superior appearance.
Displays: We use Ultra-High brightness Red, Green, Yellow and Blue LED’s. (Light Emitting Diode)
The LED’s we use are oval in shape, which provides a very large viewing angle. This ensures excellent visibility for indoor or outdoor use.
The LED’s are extremely bright so they can be used in very bright ambient light conditions. Automatic or Manual brightness adjustable systems are available.
Circuitry: Because we do all the design and manufacturing in our own factory, we can maintain a very high quality control standard. With over 34 years of experience we manufacture the best indoor scoreboards in the world.
Warranty: IA Electronics are so sure the quality of our produce, we offer a 5 Year warranty of all fixed indoor scoreboards on a RTB system. Simply return the scoreboard to us and we will fix it for free.
Control Console: For the last 20 years we have used industrial standard membrane keypads. We have found these to be extremely reliable and very easy to use.
The CC-10 is our latest Control Console. This versatile console controls all of our scoreboard range. It has a large back-lit LCD screen that displays all the information displayed on the score board and score bench. CC-10 Consoles can be connected together for multi-user configuration, eg “NBL” mode and Carnival mode. The CC-10 contains all functions to control “FIBA” regulation scoreboards according to the latest FIBA Basketball rules 2016.
Sports: IA Electronics score boards can be used for any sport that requires Timing and Scoring.
Basketball, Netball, Volleyball, Water Polo, Cricket, Football and many more.
Time Display: Can be set to time Up or Down, or display a Real Time Clock. The Timer can be set to display the last 1 minute in seconds and 1/10 of a second. The display can be set to go blank in the last 1 minute. The Timer can be set to stop at 1 minute. The Siren can be set not to sound at 00:00.0.
Score Display: Three number red digit displays. Max score per team is 199.
Team Fouls: Single digit green display to 9, with foul penalty indicator.
Time Outs: Single digit yellow display with time out request arrow for each team.
Possession Indicator: Red Arrow points to the team who has possession.
Substitutions or Injury Indicator: Blue dot to show sub’s or injury.
Siren: Very Loud 98db @ 1m. Sounds are produced using two alternate frequencies. Both frequencies are programmable, and the volume is adjustable.
Selectable alternating tones for various functions, End of Game, Push button siren, Shot Clock siren.
Multiple Scoreboards: Multiple scoreboards can be “linked” to operate from one CC-10 Control Console. Scoreboards can be “timer locked” (Carnival mode) with individual scoring.
Also each scoreboard can operate from multiple CC-10 control consoles. This allows you to have individual people in charge of specific functions such as, End of Game, Shot Clock operator, Time Keeper, Chair Person, Scorer.
Radio Control: Radio Control is an option for all our scoreboards. We use the CC-10 and this can be completely portable on a battery pack, or 240v operated by plug pack or powered from one of our score benches.
A hand-held (RC24) will operate the smaller scoreboards. Both models use 2.4 Ghz industrial standard radio’s and are channel programmable with a range of not less than 150M.
